The film directed or written by Sachin Yardi and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under banner ALT Entertainment and Balaji Motion pictures. The film released in cinemas on 27 July, 2012. The film stars including Tusshar Kapoor as Rahul and Ritesh Deshmukh as Sid or Neha Sharma, Sarah Jane Dias, Chunky Pandey and Anupam Kher.
