The Hunt (original tiltle: Jagten) is an upcoming 2012 Danish drama film present by Morten Kaufmann and Sisse Graum Jørgensen producers. The film has been selected to compete for the Palme d'Or at the CANNES FILM FESTIVAL 2012 and released on 20 May 2012 in cannes.

The film directed and written by Thomas Vinterberg or Tobias Lindholm (co-writter). The film story based on man who becomes the target of mass hysteria in a small Danish village.The film starring  Mads Mikkelsen, Thomas Bo Larsen and    Annika Wedderkopp. The film scheduled to released in Denmark in Danish language on 10 January 2013 and in Sweden on 1st Feb 2013.
