Raaz 3 is a 3rd part of Raaz movie series and the sequel part of Emraan Hashmi or Kangna Ranaut stars Super hit horrer and thriller film Raaz - The Mystery Continues(2009) , its a Vikram Bhatt's Bollywood romantic/horror/thriller film. The film persents by Fox Star Studios or Vishesh Films or Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt, written by Shagufta Rafique. The directer is repeating one cast Emaraan Hashmi with new additions to the cast including Bipasha Basu (She have been played role in Raaz-2002) in lead role, Esha Gupta, Chunky Pandey and Jecqueline Femandez (Murder-2 fem girl). This new Raaz-3 also releasing in 3D. The film releasedin theaters in India on 7 September, 2012.

The official trailer yet not released, it will be release soon, at the releasing with of the Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone's upcoming Bollywood film Jism-2 on 3 August, 2012.
