Rush is a media and crime based thriller film presents by Percept Picture Company, directed by late Shamin Desai and his wife Priyanka Desai, after the death of Shamin Desai, his wife Priyanka Desai  handel this project. The film starring Emraan Hashmi plays a struggling news reporter as Sam Grover, Neha Dhupia, Aditya Pancholi and Sagarika Ghatge.

The film have title of '27x7 Raftaar' at the starting production in 2010, but after the Shamin Desai's death, the title was changed to 'Play' by Desai's wife in October 2011 and now the title was changed to 'Rush' during April, 2012.

Rush film set to be released on this Bakri-Eid, on 26th October, 2012 in Indian theaters.
